Unlike hiring a new employee, we can be switched on and off as the demand in your business fluctuates. That means you only pay for the hours we have worked. There is no fixed salary on your overheads, no sickness or holiday pay, and no Employer NI. 

Each client has a different reason for requiring our services. We work with you to understand your needs and how we can help to make a difference, ultimately saving you time and money.

WHO WE ARE.

A hardworking, and well-organised husband and wife team with decades of experience across a multitude of business sectors. We have owned and run a food manufacturing business in the FMCG sector, dealing with the major multiples in the UK as well as distributing products worldwide.

We are approachable and well-mannered, offer impeccable customer service, and make a great team – and amazingly we rarely argue, only about who’s turn it is to make the tea!

We’ve always been passionate about making a difference in whatever we do, and we’re convinced we can make a real difference to your business too.

Gemma Glynn

GEM

Gem has over twenty years of experience in hospitality, events, and professional office and finance positions for several organisations.

She has a proven track record of excellent organisational skills in providing high-level support to the board of directors. She loves stationery, calendars and planners – anything to keep her organised and in check.

Outside of the office Gem is a dedicated mother to our two girls. She loves spending time with them doing all sorts of crazy activities.

She also has a passion for gift wrapping so Christmas and birthdays aren’t just exciting times for the girls, it’s exciting for Gem too.

He has a passion for food and innovation, always looking for that next new trend. He is creative and forward-thinking and lives by the saying “work hard, play hard”.

In his spare time, Matt loves watching his beloved Man United and F1.

He also wants a puppy, but Gem has put her foot down instead we ended up with two kittens!

How do you account for time spent?

We use time tracking software to accurately monitor how much time we are spending on each client. Our services are calculated by the minute using our hourly rate ensuring you are paying for exactly what you are getting.

What are your opening hours?

We are open from 9am until 3pm Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays. We can be contacted 24/7 but any responses outside of our opening hours may take a little longer.

What happens if I'm not happy with the service?

We hope this never happens, but if it does, we would appreciate you letting us know and allowing us to rectify the problem.

Are you registered for Data Protection?

Yes, we are fully compliant with GDPR and registered with the ICO. Our registration number is ZB214303.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard terms for payment are 7 days from the date of invoice.

Do I get a reward if I refer someone?

Yes! Word of mouth is the best way of onboarding new clients.

We’ll allocate one hour of free time to your account for every successful referral that signs up to a minimum of 10 hours.
