Absolutely. Not everything needs to turn into an ongoing contract.
Whether you need a new website, some help getting your SEO in order, a social media project or something else that needs sorting, we’re happy to talk through what you need and take it from there.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
Our usual business hours are 9am–3pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
You can still email or message us outside those hours; we just might take a little longer to reply. We do occasionally have lives away from our computers.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HAPPY?
Hopefully we never get to this point, but if something isn’t right, please tell us.
We’d much rather have an honest conversation and the opportunity to put something right than leave you quietly unhappy. Good relationships matter to us, and communication is a pretty big part of that.
ARE YOU INSURED AND ICO REGISTERED?
Yes. We’re professionally insured and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for data protection.
Our ICO registration number is ZB214303. We take the behind-the-scenes stuff seriously too, even when it isn’t particularly exciting.
HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?
It depends on what you need. A new website is very different from ongoing SEO or social media support, so we don’t try to squeeze everything into one fixed price.
Once we understand what you’re looking for, we’ll explain the options and costs clearly before any work starts. No surprise invoices lurking around the corner.
WHAT IF I’M NOT SURE WHAT I NEED?
That’s completely fine. In fact, it happens quite a lot.
